The Site offers general information and interactive self-help tools (such as checklists, calculators, and document templates) for personal, non-commercial use. On this Site, those tools relate to preparing a resume for federal job applications submitted through USAJOBS, including an in-browser resume checker and a paid conversion kit. The content is educational in nature. Nothing on this Site is professional advice — not legal advice, not financial advice, not tax advice, and not career or human-resources advice — and using the Site does not create an attorney-client, advisor-client, or any other professional relationship between you and us.
The Site is not affiliated with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), USAJOBS, or the U.S. Government. Hiring decisions, eligibility determinations, and ratings are made solely by the hiring agency under the specific job announcement.

We work hard to keep our information accurate and current, but laws, rules, and provider terms change. Checker results are estimates produced by automated heuristics from text you provide; they are not a determination by any agency. Some products on the Site require a one-time payment — the FedResumeFix Conversion Kit is $39, one-time — processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. There is no subscription.

All content on the Site — text, tools, templates, design, and branding — is owned by CLEADEAL LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. It does not transfer ownership or give you the right to share, resell, or republish it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLEADEAL LLC and its owners, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its products — including any decisions you make based on the Site's content, and any application outcome. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLEADEAL LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
The Site may link to third-party websites or reference third-party services (such as payment processors, and government resources such as OPM and USAJOBS publications). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
