Eligibility determinations, qualifications ratings, and selection decisions are made solely by agency human-resources specialists. No tool can predict or promise them. Our checker produces estimates — including estimated page counts and heuristic field detection — from text you provide; "not detected" means the scan did not find an element, not that it is certainly absent, and a clean scan is not a determination that a resume is compliant. Verify important items in your actual document before submitting.
Where a job announcement includes the Merit Hiring Plan essay questions, applicants must certify that their answers are their own words and were not produced using a consultant or an AI/LLM. FedResumeFix provides frameworks and self-editing method for those questions only. Do not submit text written by any person or tool in place of your own work, from this Site or anywhere else.
